Kyle James Loeschen

Kyle was born to Gordon and Beci Loeschen in Corvallis Oregon. He grew up on a farm south of Corvallis in the Greenberry Community. He worked for local farmers including Warden Farms, his god mothers farm and Loren J. Smith farm. His love of big machinery was born in those days. At his passing he was employed by Riverbend, Corvallis. as a heavy equipment operator and previously with Delta Sand and Gravel of Eugene. Kyle began farm work at the age of 7 riding around with “Big Tom” Warden, opening gates and fetching tools. This grew his love of the land and equipment. Kyle loved fishing on the lake that he lived on most of his life and golfing with his friends, brother and Dad. He could drive the ball a mile with accuracy and it would take his Dad at least 2 drives to catch up! He loved playing softball with his friends and played first base and pitcher on the Corvallis High School baseball team. Kyle was an avid Beaver sports fan loving football, men’s and women’s basketball, and baseball, attending as many games as he was able. His favorite pastime was spending time with his friends and family making many trips to California, Tahoe and Las Vegas. He had a special connection to many friends in and around the Corvallis area especially those at Tommy’s Bar and Grill in Corvallis, Thankfully he enjoyed the trip of a lifetime fishing with his Dad, brother-in-law and friend last September to Togiak Alaska. They caught over 500 salmon in 3 days, he couldn’t stop talking about it. Kyle is survived by his parents, Gordon and Beci Loeschen of Corvallis; sisters Shelli Sartain (Chris) of Corvallis and Loui Fromwiller (Travis) of Turner; and brother Dusty Loeschen (Tori) or Eugene; nephews Colton Nored, Garrett Fromwiller, Kyle Fromwiller, Jacob Fromwiller and niece Ellie Fromwiller; also many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members and more friends then we can count. Kyle was known as the peacekeeper. He loved everyone he met and had a way of making you feel like you had been friends forever. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Benton County 4-H. A celebration of life will be held at Warden Park, Sunday, May 21, 2023, at 2pm. For more information, please refer to the families facebook pages.
